Terms and Conditions



Deposit: £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking; the balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is only refundable if we can secure an alternative booking for the period should the original booking be cancelled. You may wish to consider taking out cancellation insurance for your holiday.

When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your deposit payment has cleared and your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent by post or email.

Prices are quoted in sterling. We accept Debit and Credit card payments. If you wish to pay by online banking, please contact us for details.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival after 3:00 pm, Departure before 10:00 am (early arrival/late checkout may be available, enquire when booking).

Electricity and heating is by coin operated meter box, the first twenty units of electricity are free. We also ensure that the heating is on before your arrival, so that the cottage is warm when you first enter.

Please note that as we are a working farm we do not accept pets.

Breakages, loss or Damage - All breakages or damage should be reported to the proprietors immediately, and where appropriate the customer will be liable to pay for the replacement of any broken, lost or damaged items. Should you find any faults or problems with the cottage or have any complaints during your stay please advise us of these immediately (rather than at the end of your stay) so that any appropriate action can be taken.

Seasons:
High Season - Easter, Christmas, New Year, July & August
Mid Season - April, May, June & September
Low Season - October, November, December, January, February & March

No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working at Magheramore Courtyard for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property (including vehicles, accessories and contents) whilst within the confines of Magheramore Courtyard.

The number of people occupying a cottage should not exceed the maximum number stated for the cottages. In exceptional cases the owners may give permission for extra people to occupy a cottage, in such a case there will be an additional charge at the owner's discretion.

The owner has the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, repair work, etc.

Customers and their party should be considerate of neighbouring occupiers and ensure that no nuisance or disturbance is caused.

Games Room - All play equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times and is used at own risk. The Games Room is a non smoking area.

Care has been taken to ensure accuracy of property descriptions on the website and brochure, and all information is provided in good faith and is believed to be correct.
